Appliance Technical Institute is located at 14704 Ramer St. in Van Nuys, CA. The Institute occupies an industrial warehouse type building consisting of 8000 square feet.
The building is divided into three (3) offices, a large lecture area, and a large laboratory (work area) providing ample room for the hands-on phases of the program. All work areas are well equipped with ample quantities and types of tools/training aids such as refrigerators, freezers, ovens, washing machines, dryers, microwaves, window air conditioners, refrigerants, recovery units, tubing, and other related equipment.
The institute and the facilities it occupies and the equipment it utilizes, fully comply with all federal, state, and local ordinances and regulation, including those requirements as to fire safety and health.
